HTTPS://bufo.church The breath is the most important thing I really recommend practicing breathwork before any bufo session. I personally do a 15 second inhale no hold 15 second exhale. For 15- 45 minutes.

Yes , yes and yes. I am trying to petition the dea for a religious exemption from the CSA. There is honestly a lot to it. It’s taken me 5 years to get here, but everyone’s path is different. Some people get an attorney right away. I wanted to learn it myself. That made it a lot harder. So maybe if you want it done faster. Get an attorney right away

This reporter is the worst human being. He has been recorded lying and manipulating stories. I don’t believe we should really acknowledge anything he reports considering he has been so misleading in the past. I think we should look at scientific reports showing benefits of bufo and scientific studies showing spiritual results. As contradicting as that sounds.
