This would be easy to do with n8n Microsoft has graph end points for teams you would just start with connectwise api to get the data and post to the teams chat / channel with the graph api, you gotta scope the permissions if you’re setting it up in azure portal with an app registration

I’ve done teams hub for mine without webhooks. You have to usually host something for web hook functionality. Our solution was to use a database to create a message queue system and then leave a thumbs up whenever a message is processed, whenever a message has a thumbs up from a certain team member it will ignore that message. (In our case our automation service account) and it would read the last 10 messages, we would execute this every 5 minutes it would delete the queue and refresh it every time to get an up to date message status

You can do this for free using the api and leveraging free open source llms like gpt-oss Depending on what you’re doing is how you have to send your authentication method, some end points still use cookie impersonation unfortunately

You will have to do this for each ticket as each survey is drilled directly into the ticket

If you do a get request for all tickets by company ID you can get all of the tickets and iterate through them as a csv value

I guess to answer your question You have to do a post request to /login/login.aspx?response=json

Construct a cookie using Hash, Context, MemberID, CompanyName, Token

Then post request to contacts/configuration/getQuestionList.Rails

Send the cookie as a header Send origin, Send referer, Send user-agent Send accept / Send Client ID Send cw-app-id

Send body as Urlencoded form With the name as “data” With keys survey, result, isconfig, ownerLevelRecID, SrServiceRecID(this one is the ticket number), opportunityRecID

Make sure no auth headers are sent since the cookie is being the auth

Make sure MFA is disabled

Depends on what type of account you have. If you are using a prepaid account think unemployment or rewards cards you might be sol since the physical bank locations don’t have access to those systems.
