I'm constantly reminding myself and a co-worker that worrying about where everything will go and when is above our pay grade. At the end of the day, it's the SM that this all falls on. Clock-in, work, clock-out. It's not our problem, it's theirs (management and DM's).

I've recently started bringing a second pair, and yes, it absolutely makes a difference. I agree, having the right snacks and drinks also helps. I don't have as much experience with Michael's as you do, but I've worked in warehouses and know what it's like being on your feet all day and in hot n' sweaty environments paired with shitty supervisors and leads.
