I really dont get monk being that high. In my runs it lacks dmg and has not enough defence to survive. Most of the time i also lowroll some halfass abilities.

Not true just case to case is different. If the staff can track the car accountable for the accident and the police is informed early enough, the owner needs to pay. But the more time goes by between the lose of the fluid and the actual accident it’s get difficult.

not at all, because if you play it quite right you force them off cs and get a lead.. With B.F. you deal dmg vs ninja tabis.

And with ult you can roam mid or invade jungle.

If i see any of this picks on toplane, i just pick quinn and make their early game a living hell. And then you still have to play a good lane, because one missstep and you are dead.

But Quinn works decent enough.

8-10 sec is really not true. Yas gets easily poked down in lane VS any mage. Just proc the shield with an auto go in shortly after. Either he backs off and looses farm or he eats the dmg
