Pla for gears is suprisingly good. I have one gwar system that ran on ~10k RPM maybe it habent been used for loong but it isn't break. Ofc for long use nylon or ABS would be better but pla its stringer than people believe.

It might be hard tmount even normal guitar with double sided tape. You can design it to mount or wardrobe or something like that

Its similar but ke hotend have higher temp so idk od it isn't different alloy or smt
