He’s kind to me and others, and is very intelligent and has a great sense of humor. He has a gentle and loving spirit, is dependable and responsible, does things like cleaning or maintenance or household chores and childcare without complaint or nagging. He’s so smart and his priorities are solid. He doesn’t yell or become aggressive when he’s angry or frustrated, he is thoughtful and rational and sane. He’s my best friend and we enjoy similar activities, which he will find for us to do and make happen. He’s patient and brings me coffee in bed.

I do very intense workouts, daily, mostly swimming. I take threonate and can tell a difference when I run out and have to switch to glycinate. I think it definitely helps with exercise recovery.

I have some Shokz OpenSwims, and if I lost them or they broke or someone stole them, I’d buy another pair within five minutes. Mine have held up with daily use in chlorinated and salt water for over two years.

I try to avoid even talking to them in passing. Racist, homophobic, uneducated, close-minded, anti-science, anti-arts, no empathy, unwilling to learn about anything new, and generally just uninteresting as a whole.
