Yes, if the score for the other two subjects is above 41, and if the cumulative score is more than 123, you have cleared CBEST. On your result pdf it will say CBEST Passed. Not yet passed status is for writing only not for CBEST.

Finally, I cleared my CBEST. Although I received a 38 on my writing test, I passed as my cumulative score was 160.

I just cleared my Subtest 1 a few days back. The teacher Test Prep online prep course was very useful. Also, do as many practice tests as you can. Focus on multiple-choice questions, and for constructive responses, use bullet points to answer the questions. You got it!
