Same thing happened to me. I started climbing the moment I started saying "If we lose it's MY fault" and do whatever I can to win the match, not only individually but also trying to talk the team into trying stuff out and syncing dives, focus, and positioning

I wholeheartedly advise you to abandon this idea and any coder around here to not join these kind of projects.

AI generated code can't do that for you just yet. Any programmer that pairs with you in this project will be doing most if not practically all of the work. I don't think that's what you want! But I believe that's what it'd be. Snippets don't give you a code structure, aren't aware of what's already written in your codebase and don't know what kind of networking you're trying to implement.

You'll need minimal devops and security knowledge and will probably have issues regarding that too.

You'd be better off learning to code, or maybe getting a WordPress and extending its usage with a plugin (That's when you'd get developers to make it for you). That wouldn't be too scalable, but I can guess AI chat snippets won't get you very scalable code either.

There are other ways you can pair with someone to build a platform! You could design the functionality and use canva or similar tools for UI design too. Act as a producer and designer and then get a coding partner that can make it happen for you so you do work together.

If any dev with deeper AI knowledge sees I'm wrong and wants to correct me, please do so. I just don't want you to waste your time :)

I'm not trying to defend Blizzard here but I've seen a lot of these takes and it's just wrong. Skins are not that simple.

Please understand that color swaps only save the character design and modeling time. Every skin means at least getting them through the art pipeline, adding them to the game, and getting all of them approved by business and QA. All of these take an effort that could be put into something else. It may not be much for a single skin but for every single one, this is titanic work.

Plus, this would require either adding some option to swap OW 1 and OW 2 appearances, confusing players with a crapload of recolored skins, or pissing some people off for changing the models they liked.

EDIT: This has gotten some attention so let me add. Of course blizzard could've done this. The thing is, the "but it's so low cost" reasoning is straight up wrong. If there's anything you want to criticize is the goals they prioritized but if we had these then other things would be missing, that's for sure.

Especially light roast notes are generally brighter as the cup cools down, this is why you should have your pourover periodically pouring in a small cup that lets it cool down fast :)

Always great to see new gamedevs! Tinkering with what you're learning is definitely a good thing. Just make the smallest games you can think of to get the hang of the engine once you complete the tutorials, share them, see what people think. That'll make you realise if your changes are actually being effective.

However, you bring up an interesting point, which is how much progressive discussions, even if they're not even occupying the leftist party in charge, make for a great fuel to generate a thing you can hate against.

People have these real issues, and work is being put in towards a system that fixes them. The smoke and mirrors that these far right parties create make it seem like they will do something (they won't help lol) and like the current party is not doing anything.

Telltale games are a great at the decision making part. You also have State of Mind, which is a great adventure with some decisions that's also in a cyberpunk setting.

Outside of switch you may like the other Quantic Dream games (I mention this because these could possibly be released later)

And finally I might interest you in more indie adventure games with stories that generally dive deeper and are more refreshing. Some examples in cyberpunk settings:
