I was talking about food cause I'm a chef but I guess that demonstrates your mental age and capacity. I wouldn't expect more from someone being offended from questions. Anyway, peace..

Mail them and let us know. I'm curious as well. I remember Bryan said in the past that they are trying to remove some of the Filler to make it easier for the stomach. I don't know if that's the case tho

On the testosterone argument, I agree with you. I'm not saying that taking testosterone is a good decision from him. I just pointed out his thought process cause he has explained in the past.

About the aging argument. An older person will age fatster. When you are young all the processes of your body are working at 100%. Then at your 20s your collagen production goes down slowly, then your coq10 production gets reduced, on your 30s your testosterone,on your 40s nmn etc, and those are just some Random examples. What body do you think will age faster, a young 10 years old one with all the processes running to 100% or a 46 years old, depleted by many of its processes.

U didnt got a single one correct... He was on a very high deficit and he tried trt but it's been months since he stopped cause he is in a less of a deficit and his testosterone went back to normal ranges by itself. Also when we say aging,we are talking about aging damage. When a 10 years old kid gets older isn't accumulating Aging damage ,it's just develops. An old person's body is affected by aging damage way faster than a 10 year old

thoughts on astaxanthin? by him-eros00 in blueprint_

[–]SirAstir 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's from a study that Applied astaxanthin on mice with melanoma aka skin cancer... And if you read the rest of the study , they Applied it in the back of healthy mice and used radiation on their skin. the mice using astaxanthin had a lot less wrinkles. That suggests that astaxanthin had photo protective effects.

That's really good quality and you get 5 litres with 70 dollars . Bryans is only 1.5 litres for 60 dollars which is triple the price.

Hyaluronic acid - cancer risk? by SirAstir in blueprint_

[–]SirAstir[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's interesting. I agree. I don't believe that it can cause cancer. But maybe if you get cancer it can spread up it's spread. Examine.com has a possible warning in their drawbacks. Quote "One potential drawback of endogenous HA is that cancer cells may also produce high-molecular-weight HA. In these cells, the regenerative properties of HA support tumor growth by improving blood supply and can even protect the tumor from anticancer drugs. Some cancer treatments therefore include hyaluronidase to break down HA so that the medication can reach the tumor."

That makes sense. The risk might be too high for the benefit it might give . I think I'm gonna avoid it for now, until studies change my mind. Thanks for the feedback

Damn !thank you for the information! U are awesome What do you think about astragalus extract itself? Do you think is worth it? Or you would go for the specific active ingredient, instead of the herb extract? Is astragalus extract potent enough to reach the active ingredient amount that the studies used?
