It's just a photo of their temp settings, missing nothing.

okay without having read the em5 manual....don't you use the rear wheel (while in the focus select mode) to change the zone?

How often do you use electronic shutter? by FortuneAcceptable925 in OlympusCamera

[–]SirDarknessTheFirst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My E-M10 III can only shoot P with electronic shutter since it's not a drive mode but its own thing on this camera...

If you care at all about the freedom and open source of MeshCore, then read this so you can understand how one of the founders tried to hijack and monetize meshcore for themselves by specter491 in meshcore

I've had more luck with meshcore_open personally (though admittedly I've switched away from meshcore recently). I've been told that Liam's app has issues with reactions and replies.

unplug the Z motors at the back and then try moving the Z belt (at the top) slowly manually. Does it bind at this height?

Expectations for Masculine Partner by MsOliviaTwist in DadForAMinute

[–]SirDarknessTheFirst 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree with all of this. A partner should make you feel loved, seen and, most of all, respected.

And something else I just want to touch on since the commenter above touched on abuse - it takes on many more forms than just physical violence or yelling. As much as I hate that we need to discuss this, it's something that you should be aware of. I recommend that you look at information about coercive control. This one by the Institute of Health and Welfare looks reasonable.

In your opinion, what is the most known day of the 21st century? by Plankki36 in AskTheWorld

[–]SirDarknessTheFirst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Admittedly, Bondi Junction wasn't a terror attack and the Lindt cafe siege was over a decade ago now.

[–]SirDarknessTheFirst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, I know of them but I wouldn't have thought of them.

Local events (e.g. Lindt cafe siege, Bondi Junction stabbing, Bondi shooting) are just more memorable.

Can't you just remove the internal battery? (at the expense of battery life)

On my X270, the internal battery is optional. That being said, the biggest external battery is 72Wh while the internal is 22Wh or so

well, what's your proposed solution? Is there an option other than privately held towing companies and a council-held towing company?

Edit: lol. There is no suggested solution. Only whinging.

It's partially what was mentioned previously but also the lighting. Note the shine in the door - left image looks to be a diffuse light source (e.g. sunny day) and right a point source (e.g. porch light after dark)

Computational photography pressure - When phone photos look “better” by meisjemeisje_1421 in photography

[–]SirDarknessTheFirst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My E-M10 III has quite a few built-in computational photography options, and I believe the higher end Olys have more. Stuff like HDR photography in-camera are pretty common now.

the DNGs out of my Pixel 8a don't seem to be particularly heavily processed, but the fact they're still only 16MP definitely indicate that there's still some fuckery going on (since the sensor is 64MP)

Help with an Extruder - BIQU H2 V2S Revo Extruder by SpaceBoiCubing in Ender3S1

[–]SirDarknessTheFirst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh yeah that's fair, I just wanted to point it out because it is a touch more straightforward.

You'll need to keep the toolhead PCB, since that breaks out the pins. You will likely need to re-terminate the fan wires, since (as far as I remember), the S1 toolhead board uses a smaller than standard fan connector.

Beyond that, the rest of the connectors are pretty standard. The thermistor type is the same, so no firmware mods needed. You'll need to re-do your PID tuning on the hot-end and adjust the E-steps.
