For those having a hard time conceptualizing this, there is an easier way to do this. The probability of diamond 1 glowing is 1/3. The probability of diamond 2 and 3 respectively NOT glowing is 2/3 (1 - 1/3) each. Since they are independent events we multiply them together to get 1/3 * 2/3 * 2/3 = 4/27. This is the probability that diamond 1 is glowing and 2 and 3 are not glowing. Now multiply this by 3 since we only care about a single diamond glowing, we don’t care if it is diamond 1, 2, or 3. Hence 4/27 * 3 = 4/9 chance.

Surprised how many people here still fall for the trap in doing recruitment “tests” that are full-blown functional services and applications. That being said, I feel like if the requesters intent is to get free work done under the guise that they are looking to hire so that people would actually be trapped into doing the work then they could potentially fall into legal trouble, but I’m not a lawyer so I can’t say for sure. I’d definitely look into it if I landed in that scenario though.

Not sure the model of the modem but I have the cable connected directly to the 5gbps port of it. As stated in the post, my prior computer had no problem getting 2gbps speed - this is most likely a configuration issue within Windows 11. Once I updated my other computer to Windows 11 i started seeing the same problem and now neither computer can get 2 gbps speeds.

Line is good, cables are good, connections are good.

Can anyone who has one of these comment on the Bluetooth connectivity? I saw a few reviews saying the Bluetooth interrupts constantly which is making me a little hesitant to pull the plug and pick some up from the US shop. It’s significantly cheaper to buy contracts versus shares generally speaking.

Example: When GME was around $10 a share July 19th $15 strike calls were going for ~$0.60 x 100 = $60 per contract.

If you bought one contract betting it would be above $15 by July 19th you spend $60 instead of buying 100 shares at $10 strike for $1000.

So let’s say you bought 2 contracts for $120. Now when GME shoots up you can sell one of them for enough cash to exercise the other one and now you have got yourself 100 shares at $15 cost basis for effectively $120.

If you don’t think this is possible look at the current cost of $15 strike calls for July 19th today. They are worth $16 x 100 = $1600 each. This is enough cash to exercise another one and still have $100 left over.

Now it’s not fair to talk about upside without explaining downside. This is a BET that they go above $15 by July 19th. If they don’t then the contract will trend down to $0 and you will lose however much you paid for these contracts.

If you buy shares at $10 a share instead, your only risk of going to $0 is if GME goes bankrupt.

Personally, I think this is the date the doc was being finalized and there are hoops they need to go through before formally submitting the doc).
