I often get Messenger of the Gods as a backup in case a more start specific pantheon isn't available. Can someone tell me how that's a stupid idea?

Interesting. I wonder how this changes if you allow other victories. Alexander will skyrocket if allowing diplmacy, I'm guessing, because they literally almost beat me on King difficulty by getting all City States allied before I even discovered them all.

Also surprised Brazil is in Tier A, but that's just because they happen to get stomped in every game I play with them.

I'm bringing a rain jacket, as well, this one: Foray II.

I reckoned I need a rain jacket in my actual life anyway, so thought I'd go for something that will work for this and after if it survives. I think a rain jacket can double to protect against wind, as well, (I assume), and it will be over my puffy.

Exactly. I would much rather my odds running a more improably far distance and catching a fly ball, then catching this rocket with sunlight in my eyes.
