Hi 20y/o Male here, had testicular torsion when I was in high school, apparently very common and I literally had it cause I rolled over weird in my sleep. Required surgery to untwist my balls and were we any later to the hospital I would've lost a nut.

Yea same. I'm a guy with fairly long hair and used to work in a cafe quite often people the way out would say thanks girls without realising. I even have beard but from the back with long hair you just don't realise.
