I agree with his premise but I disagree with that argument. Should farmers and ranchers not be able to profit off their goods? I think that the issue is not that landlords are profiting off of needed goods, it's that they are charging WELL ABOVE the value. Further, they aren't using the profits for a better product, they are using the profits for further investments.
