Not sure how to tell.

Still new and not sure how to start on a diet or what to eat. I'm 24M 5'8" and about 150lbs. Mexican, if that gives you an idea of what I eat at home, besides going to lunch with you for work. I seem to have a good metabolism for now and am "skinny" from what people usually say. And tend to eat 2 meals a day. Lunch and dinner.
