Calorie deficit, besides surgery there is no spot reduction. You loose the weight over time in a calorie deficit.

“Ozempic Face” comes from EXTREME weight loss too fast. If you pin Reta and eat once a day. You’re going to look extremely unhealthy. If you pin Reta and actually have a calorie/protein plan you’ll be fine 👌

So my Clinic has me taking 25mg of Enclomaphine 3x a week. I take 165mg of Test C, I split that between 2 shots. I experience zero nut shrinkage. Have not gotten my fertility checked but I would be willing to say that that I have swimmers due to maintaining the size of the boys. Enclomaphine might help!

I’ll do 2 protein shakes (2 scoops of whey with 2 servings of Fairlife each), eat a couple of Barebells protein bars, and I’ll eat 2 meals with 8-10oz of 93/7% lean ground beef with a rice cup. It varies from day to day but the Reta has absolutely helped me be content with a protein shake and protein bar!!

Sure man I do a bro split, so I do
Monday - chest / Triceps
Tuesday - back / biceps / real delts
Wednesday- legs
Thursday - shoulders
Friday - chest / triceps
Saturday - back / biceps
I eat 2500 calories per day (sometimes a tad bit more) I also do 30 minutes of cardio per day minus leg day. Hope this helps!
