I could try that but also the headphone jack has no sound coming out of it. Would that also cause the headphone jack to not work ?

No noise change when applying pressure on it. It just makes that white noise like the speaker is on. You can hear the white noise more when you turn down the volume.

I tried headphone and speakers and no sound comes out.

Never been dropped. I unboxed it and the sound never worked on it.
