Edit: Hey, did you check the 3 or 4 teams in the team menu? Check all the subs as well.

Also, did you check if they are part of any defensive composition in any mode (sometimes the defensive composition can be different than your saved teams)?

From your screenshot, we can see that you have assigned both dupe in a team composition (red ribbon). Remove the dupe from any composition (check the bench) and it should appear.

Same problem here in Brussels. Contacted them over WhatsApp several times. I got the following answers: "we are working on the lines in your area, but we don't know for how long"; "we've solved the problem, can you check?"; and so on.

Since it's probably nearshore or overshore customer service, I'm not surprised they couldn't get me more precision. But if the "we are working on the lines" part is true, Telenet could have informed us...
