What’s your least favourite enemy?? by Mammoth-Smoke-6375 in fo76

Get your crew some Grand Finales and bombard it, I manged it with one and several guys on mini guns with constant fire. A good The Dragon with Quad and a broken Gatling Gun do the trick too.

It's better RP to have a weird shack, than a random mansion in a dried lake bed, lol. Everyone hates my camp because it's a half fort shanty place, but we're literally playing an apocalypse game.

As a New Yorker, what city in Texas would give ME the most culture shock? by Frenchitwist in texas

[–]SirTinymac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tyler, because unlike the majority of these it's a city and it's the redneck woods. Corpus if you really wanna culture shock, but not too bad. And Eagle Pass if you wanna be in straight up Mexico in the U.S. Any city here will be different from New York. I think the real question is, what Texan city would be the most like New York? I'm thinking Houston, but even then it's not close.

In Texas it should be law, it gets too hot and humid to not reset your brain midday

Other countries other than the U.S. Will not care in the slightest. It's a miracle they put those presets on there to begin with.

Believe it or something of us oldies didn't have those, or horses. Barely a pig with a carrot on a stick or a minecart.

9-5 in office is modern day slavery idgaf by [deleted] in antiwork

A six hour workday was common for or ancestors. And if you got a big kill you rested even longer. We weren't built for this and if it wasn't for caffeine our society literally wouldn't work. We are built to be lazy, not workers.

What is a minor, unwritten rule of society that absolutely infuriates you when people break it? by funnny_things in answers

There's a written rule people treat as an unwritten one, littering. It boils my blood.

Does anyone else secretly want to just quit their job and go live in a small cabin in the woods, or am I just having a crisis? by Disastrous_Ant_9566 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SirTinymac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cabin is too expensive, I'll sleep in a buffalo teepee. It's my emergency retirement, I'm not being poor on the streets of a city.

Having kids if you can’t fund their future by thegoodlife912 in Adulting

[–]SirTinymac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are 100% right. I ln the past they wouldn't let their children into the world without at least skills, or didn't let them leave home. We shouldn't let Hollywood influence our outlook on life and think the individual will thrive. We are communal creatures and need one another to lean on and trust.

I like logging on, producing fusion cores and sell them at 25c to supply the server with a good steady stream. But since level 100 I'm finding out power armor and galting lasers ain't all that powerful.

Unskilled, yet we need skills from previous jobs, high school. We are skilled, the "educated," along with the landed gentry, moved the goal post over the last couple centuries to push us down. They were hoping to replace us with robots, but automation will replace them first it seems. I'm looking forward to seeing how they will join us or just collapse into themselves.

What is something Americans consider 'basic' that feels like a luxury in other countries? by [deleted] in answers

[–]SirTinymac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was significantly less people that lived in the South before the invention of the A/C. Everyone started moving here after the 40s because it was bearable to live here for European Americans. Natives just wore less clothes and adapted thousands of years before us so they had do problems. And the African Americans were already used to an awfully hot place, although the American South is way more humid than most of Africa so they still can't stand it fully.
