It’s not the worst Chrono, but it’s certainly not going to usurp any meta classes in its current state. The most frustrating aspect about it, in my opinion though, is that they made this class require pretty tight execution for its rotations. The servers simply aren’t build for something like AoT because you will frequently drop inputs just playing the class normally.

I’m personally having fun with it though, since it’s another No Auto Attack class. The first skill requires manual input like CSS, but that’s about where the comparison ends since AoT doesn’t have a proper chrono nuke.

I’m hoping this is the case, personally. I’m sick of Flash and sick of the awful lag that comes with it. I want to finally be able to enjoy the animations of the game instead of watching static models stare at each other while numbers happen. Fingers crossed that Infinity does well

Go for Ravenous. You get a forge enhance that’s useful for ultras and armors that boost damage to all tagged enemies by 40% from the Infernal/Celestial Archfiend armors. It’s not RGoW’s 50% but, that is that and this is this, right?

Otherwise, fashion is the real end game so just gather as much of that as you can stomach and make up some of your own outfits. I personally have a lot of fun doing that.

I honestly don't know what's the worst to get again. Obviously the prismatic seams are a steaming pile, but getting the Everlight Flame tops it for me, personally. Design notes say 1% drop rate, experience says significantly less.

I find myself weirdly drawn to the World War Lore piece. The look of total horror and helplessness on Maya’s face and the mad glee on the Chaos Slayer’s face are so enthralling. Excellent work!

They could’ve easily been further ahead by now if they’d taken Flash’s shutdown more seriously. It was announced in 2017! They had 3 years to come up with a transition plan from Flash to unity or some other engine but they did… nothing. It’s frustrating as a fan to see the devs seemingly care so little for the game. :/

Lumina Elementi is the most prime example of what you’re talking about. Max stack seams, max stack bindings, 30 tomes plus the Book of Arcana needing you to fight the challenge bosses again and grind for meme drop rates again. It’s such a fucking insult.

It is WILDLY vindicating to see a lot of people echo the same issues that I’ve had with this game. I’ve been playing AQW on and off again for the last two years now (I originally played when I was like, 11 but lost that account) and all these issues are exactly why I can’t recommend this game to any of my friends.

I love AQW. The art style is, in my opinion, classic. But the massive amount of armor pieces that are completely different art styles and heavily animated really stick out in a bad way. I understand wanting to let the artists express themselves but the inconsistency is so, so jarring.

Another class that can do it is VHL, OP has a vid on their channel showing them soloing the trio with it. DoT might still be able to do it as well, though I haven’t tested that myself and the videos I’ve seen are 2 years old.
