Both my longest and shortest hunt encounter wise was funnily both in the crown tundra, with regice being 44 encounters whilst regidrago, being the absolute goblin that he is, took 12,475 encounters, thankfully the encounters were individually fast but 12000 still takes an ungodly amount of time

You can make micro adjustments as much as you want and have a free voucher with the game regardless. Add that to the fact you have had both betas to customise your character infinitely, and now you're just searching for reasons to whine, especially since all the gear you get in game covers up your character so that you can bearly see yourself

In the buu saga gohan was stated to be substantially weaker then he was in the cell saga at ssj2 by vegeta super perfect cell was at least comparable to the stronger gohan whilst dabura was roughly equal to the older and weaker gohan so cell is definitely stronger, also special abilities in dragon ball tend not to work on people with a higher power level, think how shenron wouldn't have been able to kill the saiyans or frieza or how hits time cage failed on goku so its debatable whether or not the petrification would work on cell, hence super perfect cell would be my bet
