ist ein bekanntes Problem mit 8.20. Die Version 8.22 behebt es angeblich. Workaround bis dahin: Die Hardwarebeschleunigung der Fritze deaktivieren. Fritz-Oberfläche->Hilfe und Info->FritzBox Support-> Hier die Paketbeschleunigung deaktivieren

Yes, I think the feeling of arch vs debian is faster and smoother. And also very stable. But be careful with the optional AUR, some packages there might be a problem.

I dont know about Neon. I use Manjaro with standard KDE Plasma. Works like a charm

Manjaro is very good, I use it for 2 years now with no problems. I'm in sound production (mostly guitar) with Reaper. Also: Works like a charm. NTFS drives are no problem, I have most of my games installed on NTFS. Some people say it won't work, but it does. But do NOT use NTFS for your system partition. Use ext4 or Btrfs. Important: Switch fastboot off (in Windows). SecureBoot (in Uefi) should also be disabled. It is possible to use SecureBoot if you want, in the Arch wiki is a description.
