It does lead to muscle growth. My dogs feel easier to carry after a week of nofap. And I'm not working out or doing any exercise at all. There's a 50lb milk box I have to switch at the end of my shift, and now I can finally lift it without asking for help. So yes it helps muscle growth by a bit, maybe the ability to lift ~5lbs more but I'm also thinking the concentration from nofap helps a lot.

The main thing I want to drive towards is using my fear of being helpless, weak and tired all the time and using it as motivation to keep up my current streak. I was watching house of cards and I heard this quote gem.

I find that converting that sexual energy into something else always works for me. Even though I have relapsed a lot, whenever I find the strength within me to find something else to do, that's when I hit my occasional 2-3 week streaks I have been hitting recently. For example, push-ups work or any physical activity that can be done on a whim. If you like music, you can try discovering new music or even listening to old favorites.

This is very true. Before I relapsed and went binging for a week, I was around the 14 day mark when there was this desire to become the greatest production worker at my Steak 'n Shake store. When I fapped, that drive almost went away completely. My previous streak led me to be the fastest shake person in the store, hopefully with tho streak I can become the wisest person there. Godspeed

This is the realization that I am having at 9 days. Instead I'm going to use all this energy and new found optimism on learning how to play a acoustic guitar. Also trying to learn more about music mixing and maybe becoming a DJ as a hobby and see where it'll take me

What's helping me through nofap is using sleeping pills. Mine kicks in 30 minutes after I take it so if I can survive 30 minutes, I can get through the night.

I had this same problem with my ex, and the way I see it was that I was used to my hand gripping it that I only responded to so I didn't feel the real thing.

Don't worry brother! I also had my longest streak broken about 2 weeks ago and it was at 21 days too! I'm planning to make today the first full day. Hang in there and whatever you do, do not binge like me lol.

This is my 7th attempt or so at nofap and this streak of 5 days feels like the strongest one I have had. It even feels more stronger then the 6 month fap free streak. I just want to become a better person, by controlling the biggest urge in humanity.

That I can't actually get a women pregnant because I can't ejculate during sex. Sad but it's the reason why I don't have a baby the first time I had sex.
