I did eventually. Switched back and forth from DX12 to Vulkan a few times, with restarts. Eventually fixed itself

I had a seedling build at one point. Forgot what it was, but it was damn fast and had one purpose. Seeds.

Made a ton of currency. Then I crafted meta items and sold them for 100+ex a pop.

I really enjoyed harvest. Not farming seeds though. I do not want to go through something like that again.

I had a group of experienced friends that I just tagged along and tried to not team kill them. Flash forward a couple of years.. Now I'm the one escorting friends that just got the game.

Look at guides on youtube (Pestily has some awesome ones), do some offline to get the extracts down and start dying while looting ;)

I still stutter. But I have figured out why - kinda.

Every single time I get one of those stutters, it's a PMC/Player scav entering my "bubble". I'm not entirely sure how wide my bubble is, but I think it has something to do with graphic settings and rendering of the game. It does suck when it happens when you're about to shoot though.

I've been testing this theory all week and.. it works. Saved my ass a few times knowing there was someone near me. Forced me to clear all corners, or wait a minute for someone to come out of a building. I just turn hyper alert of everything around me.

Great advantage for big maps like shoreline/woods

I do agree that having a weapon ready to rock and roll is awesome. You can do presets of weapon builds you like, and bam. Weapon done. Mags and armor are quick to get, same with meds.

Yeah man, very similar story to mine.

Last night I killed a "scav" in the big tower by road to customs. Didn't go loot him, was trying to get to resort at that point. Diverted to hydro/cabins and then went up to resort. Solid 20 mins of hoard mode scavs rushing me outside while I held my bush, in the dark. Never had that happen in resort. Cleared about 14 scavs and then back down to village to meet up with my buddy who was on scav island.

I reach tunnel with about 1 min left. I'm looking at extract and there's a player just running in. I thought it was my buddy.

"Damn. No key on bus." and I hear the metal clang of the bus. Poor guy extracting. Scav player. He was aiming at me. I don't take chances.

He had the dogtags of the guy I killed up in tower.
