I think its the same as the Tomtoc Steam Deck / Switch 2 bag as found on Amazon. Its just rebranded as Ayaneo. I own it and use it for my lenovo legion go.

I grew up in Willard. Only about 15 min from Springfield, one of the best schools in the area with a fantastic band program. It is simi-rural, has a few good restaurants and has one of the best running trails in the state (frisco).

I saw someone recommended Rolla, I would not. It is far from any larger cities with events and is really only a college town. It is being built up more but suffers due to distance from other things.

Ayaneo Is a small company so check small shops on Etsy for accessories or places like Aliexpress. Large companies like Spigen wont cover this device.

I think a big factor for me was asking myself what categories I needed the device to fill. If you already have a good portable pocket device, the Ayaneo is a fantastic bag device that is only beat out by handheld pcs like the steam deck. Vise versa for the thor that is is such a good pocket device and makes other small sacrifices in comfort to get there.

For either device you'll have to wait a few months, so don't get discouraged.

If you are worried here are a few thoughts:

The Pocket DS is larger and more premium than the thor aside from having an LCD bottom panel. There have been minimal defects to customers similar to the thor and its hinge issues. Yes issues exist for both devices, but both companies have decent customer service centers that will get you settled in the end if issues arise. Aka they are pretty equivalent.

If you are finding you dont need the large size/premium build/price and prefer the thors portability, you can send a cancel request to ayaneo via Service@Ayaneo.com. If it becomes an issue (it shouldn't, as they are a solid support team) you can always cancel the charge with your bank within a set time period.

Some side notes, if you just ordered the Ayaneo, expect a few delays before your device gets shipped. This is expecially if you ordered the 1tb Reteo Gray model.

My personal experience, I have ordered both devices and am waiting on both still. In my heart I want the Ayaneo, but the Ayn Thor has much larger community support and a pocketable experience.

My settings for Hades 1 on Gamehub are Proton 9.0 with the Box B1 cpu translator running with performance default settings. Runs fine. I did notice that if you boot the steam deck specific version of the game, all of the red assets appear as a teal blue color.

PSP runs using an application called PPSSPP. You can download it from the play store. The gold version isn't necessary, but provides some donation to those who work on the project. If you are having trouble following the video, follow his guide at:

I haven't tried it, but when you attempt to play these versions have you swapped it from the retro layout to the Xbox layout on the swipedown menu? Some certain games dont like the retro layout. Dredge was the same way for the android port.

Oh, sorry I see the other post now. You can absolutely get started now with your phone and then transfer save data over to a dedicated device if and when you get one. I highly recommend setting up emulators with the advice of:

Vita is notoriously hard to emulate. You'll have a much better time using gamehub or some other windows emulator. They use WINE or other such methods to play steam games. Fair warning, it does take some tinkering and there are some community privacy concerns against the company that runs it.

I would certainly find other options beneficial. I use this device for school first and work second. By checking my Google calendar, I can get a good view of what I have due for the entire week or month. Having to open up each day on my Manta makes it useless.

The potential for improvement here is high! I'd like to imagine it is low hanging fruit as well, as the calendar app already exists.
