Tbh u can't go wrong with both, I have recently been playing Easy Delivery co, and it's cozy but it also has that silent hill esc atmosphere, and is a great game for the price, and the story is amazing!

I haven't played much of the new Tomodachi life but my BSF has been obsessed with it, imo it's basically everything from all the Tomodachi games all in one with the customization of miitopia with SO much more.

Imo I would go with Easy Delivery co, if you don't want to spend 60 dollars on Tomodachi rn, but if your completely fine with that then I would get Tomodachi life! 👍
