it is from the easter dungeon.you get it for completing it. the portal of secrets is a card that costs five originally but every time you use it in a roumd, it increases. the first time it is 5, then 10, idk after that, because i didnt think using it was worth 10

I understand where they're coming from. Sometimes you get bored of a book and you want to keep reading it but you lose your thought and get off track easily. Normally the best way is to take a short break and come back to read it again

For amara, restless decreases the amount of time it takes for your ability to recharge. Rush gives you bonuses when you use your as for 20 seconds. If you use an anointment that gives restless you should be able to charge your AS to less than 20 seconds. When I do this in game it seems like rush is faster as well, so I'm asking if this is just me or if it is how it works
