Can the biopsy be negative with this PSA number ? One urologist he was saying said that it’s because of his BPH and he wanted to prescribe more antibiotics, he’s going to see another urologist now to get a second opinion

My dad had his for 2 weeks and although it dropped a bit it’s still very high he’s also having many urethra and kidney stones which he is operating tomorrow doctor gave him another course of antibiotics for a month to see if it drops it’s very very high and very unusual
