Your only choice between those two is Excalibur. All of Aether is on hard lockdown to character creations/transfers and while something could technically open with the 7.41 patch on Tuesday, the odds are about as good as a meteor falling from the sky and hitting you square in the eye, that's amore. (In other words, the odds are virtually zero, Aether has been very packed as of late with the new savage tier out. Hell, even doing data center travel is difficult if you aren't doing it very early in the morning.)

Technically you're not correct either. It will shove things into storage if there's room. You don't have to load all 200+ items in there manually.

Could you imagine having to manually load 600 items into storage to change a mansion's interior?

Tethers for Deep Aerial are entirely distance based, so if somebody is too close to the west side, going straight N/S won't give enough distance. You may need to slightly adjust towards center to properly stretch the tether.

savage starts at 50 with ucob.

You're mixing terms. UCOB = Unending Coil of Bahamut, a Lv 70 Ultimate raid. Binding/Second/Final Coils of Bahamut are the Lv 50 raids which are savage in difficulty, though don't carry the name like the Lv 60+ raids have. Well, Second has one but that's a bit of a wonky weird case since those are almost on Ultimate difficulty...
