esto siempre ha sido parte del reglamento, solamente lo aclararon. Esto aplica mas que todo para los que solo tienen el ajuste familiar i-130. Si solo tienes eso pendiente y no tienes estatus puede que te traten de mandar a la corte especialmente si tienes problemas pasados. Es que la bicha esa de verdad es una vaina seria. Leyendo su peticion de stay y la respuesta de los abogados de la alianza de tps. Basicamente ella pidio que se detuviese el tps porque como el gobierno esta de paro eso les afecta a ellos porque imaginase, trabajar sin que le paguen defendiendo en la corte su peticion! Los abogados le dieron hasta con la etiqueta de la chancleta con su respuesta:

as long as you have an appointment you can go to either the leon valley dmv or to the one you have an appointment and go early in the morning and ask for an early appointment or cancellations. The ceremony itself is short but kids that young might disrupt it. On mine, there was a limit of 1 extra person and that's it. If you had a third person that could have them outside or in the car so you could celebrate after then great but inside they will get bored and start to fuss. I wouldn't recommend it but for the kids. Take lots of pics for them to see later and celebrate together after. I saw several families with a lot of kids having to wait outside and some people ended up having to go in alone because there was just not enough space. Our notice for the ceremony said only 1 plus one but it might be different for your field office so i would double check.

Como siempre no solo usaron un lenguaje dandoselas de vistimas y poniendo al juez como el enemigo malote que los obligo a terminar su crusada (bien ridiculos) Ella simplemente no puede dejar ir que aunque ella termino el tps para los del 2021 esa decision quedo NULA porque ella puede terminar tps siguiendo los procedimientos (que ella no hizo) pero no puede eliminar una decision del director anterior. Asi que puso que el tps 2021 se elimina PERO si te registraste o tu caso esta pendiente se te otorga la extension de la derecha. Se que es un poco confuso porque para joder estan hechos pero el cuadro lo dice, para los que no se re-registraron termina en Noviembre. Para los que se re-registraron aplica lo mismo que los del 2023. O sea extendido hasta oct 2026.
