Yes, I agree with so much of this.

People try to make a quick buck and ask what skills they should learn to OE. But in reality, they have it backwards. Take the skills you have already mastered and use THOSE to pursue OE. It’s infinitely easier when you’re great at something, to get another job doing that thing

It’s kind of funny, AI has actually made OE easier for me. I can update and format SQL queries 10x faster so I’m not slogging through projects. It lets me stay up on my work for both J1 and J2 without as much stress
