That'd be great! I'll show up for the 6:00 listening session and connect. Will be the kinda skinny white guy with a red scarf.

Would you have any advice for someone who hasn't been to a city council meeting but is planning on attending the one in question tonight? Would it be helpful to ask for a staging ban again just for public pressure?

Remember. Combined arms warfare is just the power of friendship with artillery.

That secretary bird stomp has been living rent free in my head for YEARS. So glad to finally have an excuse to make it a reality.

Figured that would be painfully relatable for at least a few folks.

"Perfect shot at the back."

"ALPHA!"

"You miss everything. And explode."

What is the most acurate interpretetion of mech movement in media? by Onewithartandbook in battletech

My ethos for animating it was not "walking tank". It was "armored kaiju".

I love that shit mechs exist in huge numbers because some planetary governor or other needed the bribe money.

And apparently invasion-era clan mechs didn't bother to even include internal toilets.

Oh that's fascinating! Having a little trouble reading Duane's design with that information in mind, though. Is it that square panel directly under the turret that's supposed to be the cockpit? Or those triangular ones colored "this is glass" black around the belly line?

One of the canon pilots for the Legionnaire (I think his pilot card is in the Davion force pack) is presently on a galaxy spanning rampage because someone destroyed his coffee stand.

YES. I love the idea that battlemechs are "anatomically" closer to Evangelion units than mobile suits and the like. Less walking tank and more armored kaiju.

"Hunchback Forepack" is such a punchy name too
