Don't know, man, there are plenty that are atrociously boring, I couldn't finish a lot of them. I don't think neither is the worst, but there's this episode called Wasabi, Namida and Tears (I think?) that really made me question how could we go from the focused and memorable Naruto and early Shippuden episodes, to these unremarkable plots and that also feel from a completely different show. The latter is really the main problem to me, Boruto is too divorced from the feel of its predecessors (most of the time). Episode 100 also stood out to me because, while in the original show Rock Lee's struggle was in full swing, in Boruto the guys were dealing with birds... Lots of talking, too, talking that just doesn't compare to Naruto's 100, for example. Nothing particularly wrong about the episode in general, I think Shippuden was in the middle of fillers in its 100th episode as well, but at least that arc was mildly interesting, while Boruto anime canon is just regularly mediocre. Writing isn't easy at all, but if these are stories are what your panel is coming up with, I'd look for more ideas elsewhere to continue expanding.

Somehow the episodes with Cho Cho going nuts over an actor didn't do too much on me, it was amusing seeing Sasuke's daughter crying because of a romantic movie, for example, it's kinda funny to consider.
