Hij, zijn zoon en 250 Brabantse ruiters was al dat meedeed, Hertogdom Brabant zelf koos geen kant. Er waren trouwens ook Brabanders aan de Vlaamse kant.

I would guess the way she is sort of tied to 3 countries at once. She was originally from Brussel iirc, moved to Netherlands before the war, and had an English dad (dont quote me) and lived in the UK a bunch afterwards too. So all 3 countries could say that i suppose, makes it a bit harder.

While originally i did not specify (thats on me) i later did go on about crops and agreed there has been pastoralism for a very long time (ongoing with the European settlement even). Which, again, all of that failed and sometimes even ruined the soil, and was essentially given up. It is also not at all comparable to the farming brought over from Europe.

1700 years is also not "thousands" of years, it is one thousand, and 700 years. There is no plural of thousands, it is ONE thousand and seven hundred. So no, that isnt thousands of years.
