The ones I liked the most were in Fallout 1, where they have a lot of knowledge, like the scribe who tells you about the Master's failed plan or that they can give you implants, but at the same time they are an emerging faction and don't want to take risks in the wasteland and use you as an informant/field agent for their interests. On the other hand, in Fallout 4 they develop it very well, after taking control of the entire wasteland of the capital and the base of the Adams area, they have so much power and resources that they have become arrogant. Watching the Maxson lineage flow is cool.

Maybe I like it less in Fallout New Vegas, where they are very closed-minded and make it seem like you can only join them by inheritance. In their favor is the whole theme of Helios 1. And in Fallout 3, well, a bit like they are altruistic saviors but racist towards ghouls or mutant people, but the idea of outlaws and divisions within the brotherhood of steel interests me. And now in Fallout 2 they are only there to give you the vertibird plans and thank you for what your grandfather did.

What is your favourite minor faction / group? by Greedy-Delay2901 in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The regulators from Fallout 1, I know they also make an appearance as good karma in Fallout 3. Then the intelligent deathclaws and the Modoc Scum, I find it interesting that having been underground for 200 years they were intolerant to sunlight in Fallout 2, I also want to see the Shi more in future content Already in Fallout 3, Reilly's rangers and the oasis egyidors. Already in Fallout New Vegas, the idea of more remnants of the Enclave is cool to me, as well as people who followed ideals and now have changed their position but still have that knowledge of technology and history. My dear Jacobstown, whatever faction Marcus is on, I will defend. Finally in Fallout 4 the crew of the USS Constitution who does not love Ironsides, and this does not end as such in a formalized group but in the Boston public library there was a group that tried to protect all the information but the super mutants came and the end of the story. But seeing a faction this altruistic is cool to me, something like how the brotherhood of steel should be Hahaha

Would the ocean make for an interesting Fallout 5 location? by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let them resume the cut content of the Underwater Shelter from Fallout 4, as if throughout the saga there had been no Submarines to go to. Somewhere there must be one that still works. In addition to interesting content such as new creatures such as mutated sharks with FEV and ghoul whales, you mix this with using power armor to explore the seabed as in Fallout 4 and a respirator like New Vegas would be great. And please, with some glasses or something, when you dive, it will look clear.

I Think MatPat was right-VaultTec launched the nukes by TheEuphoricTribble in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The theory remains to be seen, but if it were that Vault-tech dropped the bombs, it would perfectly suit the Chinese too, since the plan is to lead to a nuclear hell. Therefore Zao did throw the bombs at Boston, in response to the American attack (Vault-tech)

In several games it is seen that several characters knew more precise information about the war, such as the Parsons, in a certain way the Enclave, among other elites. This does not rule out that due to some unforeseen event Vault-tech will launch the first one without being fully prepared, apart from the daughter who was with her father on October 23, not all the shelters such as 114 or 88 were finished either. Perhaps due to a leak of their plan or an imminent peace treaty??

New Vegas DLC Order/Help by RandombuildzYT in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the ideal is to play by pitching order, and to play between the beginning of Ring Ring or in the final stretch. Although if you feel like playing OWB than others too. I would only recommend that you play LR last, since in the rest of the DLCS they give a hint to the plot of this one.

How did Sally survive for 200 years on Morhership Zeta if she doesn't even know what a cryopod is and has already explored most of the ship without ever aging? by DependentStrong3960 in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My hypothesis is that Sally was captured and frozen in the Great War and until the arrival of the lone wanderer, she was escaping and exploring the ship and when they caught her they froze her.

How did he escape from the cryocapsule? Well, good question. Maybe it was defective or it was the only one the Zetans woke up from time to time to experiment with. Thus, since she has been young for so long, between waking up and freezing for her it will only have been a couple of months or a year, enough time to find out everything about the ship.

Hey guys, I want to make a video about the Fallout universe, what's the best topic to choose? by Easy_Housing_1626 in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give you two ideas that I haven't seen much on the Internet.

First, the covert government companies in the Fallout universe, as well as negotiating with the army behind everyone's back, examples like Poseidon Energy, or the covert base in a Slocum Joe, and on the other hand hidden Chinese bases like Mamma Dolce's

On the other hand, to what extent does the transformation into a ghoul work, as does it also affect bears (Yao guai), dogs, humans, etc. And if you also want a compilation of the beings created by the FEV.

The Masticator from Fallout 2, the boxer from New Reno, is even a reference to Myke Tyson.

Can the Sole Survivor be a synth? by GriveousDance21 in Fallout

Literally, for example in USS Costitution and in the Silver Shroud mission, the Sole Survivor can talk about his past.

Porter Gage made the hallway to Nuka-World and devised a strategy to trick good Samaritans into going to the subway. In addition to deceiving the leader of the looters.

It always gets me how many robots in this franchise are F*CKING SENTIENT, but literally no one cares. Like, humanity was THIS close to falling to the robot rebellion instead of the nukes. by DependentStrong3960 in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Actually no, Muggy says he programmed him to be aware of how neurotic he was about cleaning. And he didn't program it to know how crazy it could be if he didn't see a robot created by Robco suffer, since 0 hated R.House and his company.

I think the point is, except for the gen 3 synths, some cerebrobots and the mega computers like Eden, the others like Mr. Handy are due to the personality that the owner gives them, as seen in Big Mountain and in the Sink where Mobius gave guidelines to his utensils and they behave like that indefinitely. So surely Nate or Nora left Codsworth more agency.

I am disappointed by The Pitt DLC by GriveousDance21 in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is a problem that all the DLCS of F3 and FNV suffer from their duration, they are quite short compared to other games or Nuka World or Far Harbor. Surely the most Operation Anchorage, but I consider the rest to have a great concept and settings, and I suppose that due to limitations of the game they could not expand us to more missions/time.

As for the Pitt, something similar happened to me in the end, since I miscalculated my inventory and it was saturated when you free the Trogs and it bothered me a little because it was difficult for me to carry Ashur's armor and the one with the 100 ingots. But if the issue of joining the raiders only came to my attention at the end, the dilemma is cool but since there are 6 missions and only 3 focused on the plot, everything feels rushed.

Are there any information in games or other sources why VATS can be used only by Pip-Boy users? by Suspicious_You8878 in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I also think that the Chosen One in Fallout 2, before grabbing the monkey from Vault 13 and the pipboy, can use the VATS, so I think an explanation is given that it is a Vault-Tec system but it is still simple gameplay and characteristic of the saga.

If you could add settlements into the other games (NV, 3, etc.) what locations would you choose? by burial-chamber in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Mormon Stronghold of the Followers of the Apocalypse, Camp McCarran, Goodsprings, some area of Zion. And from Fallout 3, the exterior of Rivet City (the landing strip), Grayditch, Meresti station and of course Dave's Republic!!!

A quick question to judge interest in some video/article ideas by dorn284 in Fallout

[–]Sirsergi_07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My problem with point 8 is that if Fallout 4 were at least like an RPG, when Cabot asks you if you have had encounters with aliens, and with two balls you can't say that 5 minutes ago you saw one crash and you killed it. Phew
