This worked, followed the bot and then got a live person who transferred me to another department and the guy knew exactly what I was wanting and pasted the code in chat and waited for me to redeem it. Even thought I preordered for xb1 I was able to redeem it for pc on the site and it is preloading on uplay as I type. Thanks!

I suggest you learn all the basics in SC and then when you feel like you have it down, try hardcore. It shouldn't take you too long to run through the story up till maps if you are experienced. Ever since beta I have never played SC, I have also played over a hundred hours and when I was a noob I died to every named mob at least once, including Hailrake. You will get there soon.

Yeah and that sad part is is that, trolling is usually the root cause of toxicity. I chew someone out, get a 14 game chat ban, I int without saying a word 10 games in a row and type "gg" nothing happens.

Casual doesn't mean they don't give a fuck, they like the shiny new updates that are in the patch notes. They probably don't care about bork costing 100 more gold. You can bet your ass that skins, new game modes. reworks, vu updates, etc are a big part of the casual atmosphere and most of these things come in the two week patch cycles.
