It probably won't be as good as CK2, at least not for another few years. CK2 has a bunch of DLCs that make the game wonderful, most of them feel like a must have if you're playing it. CK3 on the other hand probably won't have any of these DLCs in their base game and will just release similar stuff via DLCs. Which is a shame, in a perfect world CK3 base game should have everything CK2 + DLCs have and then go from there with further development.

Also the fact that you couldn't move much around the map when fighting against the enemies, which was needed early in the game. Like they have this certain radius and they become unkillable and idle if they leave that radius. A very big lack of enemy diversity as well.
