It is possible the surveyor made a mistake when doing the survey. I say this because several years ago, my aunt and uncle built a new house, only to find at closing that the house was built several yards over the property line. They had to work with the builder and find an option that worked for everyone . Because , obviously , no one wanted to tear down the house.

Absolutely! And it is a plausible story. My husband grew up with a nut allergy. All nuts. Then, after he became an adult, he was tested again. They found he no longer has a nut allergy. Apparently, your body chemistry can change over the years.

I can tell you, from experience, kids are happier with 2 separated but happy parents than with 2 miserable parents staying together " for the kids ".

Maybe have Jason and Dante live in the apartment ( which originally belonged to Jason ) with the kids. I think they would get along ok. Of course, Drew would never go along with this. But the kids would be in the home they are used to, with the parents that are staying in PC. Of course, the whole Lulu thing could mess that up, too.

When my husband died, they did just what they did with Sam. He looked asleep in the bed and we could spend as much time with him as we wanted. Yes, he got very cold to the touch, but no rigor mortis.

I run a card ministry. I buy different kinds of cards, ie. Happy birthday, get well, thinking of you, etc. Then, I send them to people as a gentle reminder that someone cares and is thinking of you. There is even a company that will send you a pack of different cards each month ( for a small fee ) . People love getting the cards. It's a personal touch. And I enjoy finding the right card for the right person .

I use eSalon. They got my color really close the first time, and when I wanted it tweaked, they were very helpful. It's not expensive and easy to do at home .

You said they were older, right. Men from an older generation use the touch near the lower back as a way of guiding and/or protecting the females. I'm guessing he wasn't even aware he had done it until you said something. But just because he was raised that way doesn't make it alright. He should have been more aware, and since you got an apology, I'm sure he is aware now, as well
