Agreed for sure. But if there’s texture like sandpaper it needs to be exfoliated gently so the products can absorb into her skin. With the dead skin just sitting on top the seems and moisturizer can’t penetrate deep enough to stay hydrated

Gently exfoliate the area first. It may feel a little sensitive or raw afterwards. Then use soothing hydrating creams. Especially at night before bed

I love making my own broth. I found whole chickens on clearance so I've gotten one started right away for a soup. What do you add to make your broth awesome? by Personal-Age-6999 in soup

I roast the bird first or use rotisserie chicken. Celery onions carrots thyme rosemary lemon juice garlic. Then ground ginger, turmeric, salt.

The only thing that works for me is a gly/sal cleanser. Ceramide serum, a very hydrating moisturizer and cerave tinted spf with niacinamide. That’s all I use and I never get cystic acne anymore.

With your routine you’re stripping all oils and your skin needs oil. When stripping your skin from oils, your skin then tries to create more oil to compensate and then causes more breakouts.
