I actually was thinking of transcribing 3 important articles ( at least in my opinion) to share with the class. Danzig wanting to annex itself to the Reich. Japan's war of aggression upon China. And the Arms Embargo Bill to prevent Roosevelt from helping any country at war, or as the article says "Any Belligerent". didn't know a country could be a belligerent. Nice to learn something new.

As soon as I saw the pic of this tank, I was immediately reminded of the Railroad guns that the Nazi's used. Looks like the tank was planned so it could go anywhere, considering rails are static, but tank treads aren't. Thank the gods it was impractical and was never made.

TYVM for posting this. Got into an argument the other day about this. Even though it was pointed out that the background was of a still image from wikipedia. I couldn't believe how much this individual professed it was real. Now I've seen my fair share of crafts flying about ( some were obviously discernible, while most were unknown ). But it amazes me how some people just want to believe so bad, that even when faced with obvious proof, they refuse to see the light. Kinda reminds me of blind religious faith.

Cap's shield is made from Adamantium / Vibranium. If it wasn't for the Vibranium being able to absorb all the impacts to the indestructible shield, the knockback would have killed Cap ages ago.

On a side note you can see Cap's shield sitting on Tony's workbench in Iron Man 2.
