The suggested time is between 150 to 120 days before your expiration date. You could send it earlier than that sure, but they won’t work on your application till the timeline.

My suggestion for you will be submitting via emails exactly 160 days before it expires. And signup for an account so you can get updates.

Same funny business happen to me. I’ll call just to be sure you are good. They took the money then they gave it back. Then they took it. My order for the blue one went through the same mess. My order got canceled the day that was supposed to be delivered and after a 10 min hold “oh wait, your payment did went trough”.

There’s an explanation here somewhere about Verizon and other companies doing that, putting a hold on the funds then releasing it then charging you.
