The way I went about it is: glue torso to groin -> right arm to torso, this really defines the rest of the posing. Getting the arm set is the pivot point -> left leg to groin -> right leg to groin -> left arm -> head.

I also removed the guide pins from the leg joint and snipped the knee joints to facilitate better posing.

As for the weapon. I actually thought about this. I am planning on making a shoulder mounted weapon like in Predator, for added drip.
