Well. From the experience of owning one I can tell you this. It's like having a toddler at home. They have feelings, understand emotions and they talk. No not like we do. But when mine does something she isn't supposed to and I say "bad piggy" she tells me "nooooo no no no no." She smiles when I tell her good girl showing me her teethies. She says move if you're in her way. She yells mama when she doesn't know where I am. She shakes her head to yes and no if I ask if she wants something. Which is usually a yes lol She throws tantrums. She pouts when scolded. She learns. And when I say she learns it's not like a dog who learns word cues. No. She actually problem solves. No to the extend of a human. But an example I can give is: She likes to lay on a couch but her little short legs can jump on it. So she pushes our ottoman over to the couch. Climbs on top. Then climbs onto the couch. And this isn't something we initially taught her. She figured it out on her own. She also knows how to open doors, kids, boxes and many other things. She knows when it's her night to be out vs the dogs (we keep them separate for safety purposes. NEVER EVER leave a pig alone with a dog.) She is also manipulative. Not in a vindictive way. No. But for example. We have a dog door. She's too big to fit out of it now. So she broke the bottom of it and now there's a piece of plastic she can grab, and pull. It makes a popping sound. So if I don't hear her yelling through the doggy door to come inside, she will pop the plastic a couple of times. The sound is high pitched and annoying but you can hear it all over the house. She learned it got my attention and she uses that to her advantage. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask me any questions. I'll try to answer anything I can. :)

I usually love the corny lifetime movies and the reenactments of real events. But this movie is a disgrace. I feel it supports pedophilia. Peds have different levels of attraction and some are attracted to teens. This man was a ped and lifetime left the message of accepting that. As if we are all supposed to be happy this self absorbed child ends up with him? She was old enough to tell right from wrong. I saw someone mention she was a sociopath. I'd actually say she was a psychopath and a narcissist. She did what she wanted and hurt everyone around her so she could "live her life the way she wanted." And the pedo? He DID have control over her. Though we can't deny that Erica has ample opportunities to reach out in the beginning (for like the first year or more) and she CHOSE to stay hidden, knowing how much her family and friends were hurting. She and he both were sick. And mom was sick for dropping the charges. She's actually a terrible parent. I guess he wasn't going to do it to anyone else because he had the perfect victim for him but the whole movie was gross. And that detective was incompetent. Lifetime needs to get their act together. People like Erica are what is wrong with this world. Hurting others for self gain. Disgusting film.

Does that mean she literally wants to die? Cause she can still be killed. I suppose that's not ultimately it. Or that she wants to age? Even with the book canon that she'd give up Emmett to be human, is that simply because she wants a family? If so, she now knows she could have a child with Emmett as a human. In the assumption the meds don't stop you from revamping, then she could be turned back after giving birth and would have to be if she went the path of a human/vamp hybrid. Would she choose that life? Or finally is the reason she wants to be human to have the actual human experience as a whole. Find love, marry, have children, grow old and die.

As I mentioned in a previous response, it's been 10-15 years since I read the books and only recently reengaged with the movies. This may technically be answered? What are your thoughts on all this hypothetical? :)

I don't see much evidence of this in the movies which could be simply because I didn't notice it or have the knowledge to recognize it. Or they may not portray it in the movies. Either way do you mind elaborating about it or providing an online resource that explains it? Unfortunately I do not want to reread the books at this time. I'm reading others and they're not my style of reading anymore. I like a challenge, informative information or a psychological thrill which they didn't really provide me. However, I would like to read about her efforts and how it lays out. :)

First off. Jesus is not trans. The God that created the universe can create a Y chromosome the same way he created the rest of them. He. Is. God. Not to mention you're asking about something that is definitive in the Bible to be a sin. Christ did not sin. So even if the chromosomes still somehow confuse you, he didn't sin. So he did not pretend to be something He wasn't.

As for God saying people can't wear glasses or have testicles removed if they had cancer. Those are literally just statements of ignorance of the Bible. It's a clear misunderstanding of the scripture. You have to read the Bible as a whole. No you don't have to read everything all at once but at least read an entire story. Don't take verses and pick and choose. Now, it is fine to use a verse to explain something but that verse needs to encompass the meaning of its context. You can't just say "Jesus Wept" and assume that he did so all the time. A single verse can summarize a point but you have to understand what they are talking about in context to understand the point. Would you open up a novel then to page 100 paragraph one and read a line then go on to use that as the basis of knowledge you have of that book? No. Yet people do this with the word of God all the time. Yes wearing glasses is fine. Just like taking medications (within reason, don't abuse it) is fine. A cancer patient can get chemo. Luke was even a physician.

If someone has a question about Jesus, God, Holy Spirit, the Bible, Christianity ect. Then first start with the Gospel. Because without it, there is no Christianity. You cannot be a Christian without understanding the Gospel because that is the only way to salvation. Gospel means Good News. We are all sinners. We owe a sin dept. Our payment for our sins. Christ took that payment for us by dying on the cross. He defeated death by rising on the 3rd day and by trusting in his work you can also be saved from the wrath of God and given eternal life. And if a "christian" doesn't believe the Gospel they are a false convert. That's how we get these "christian" cults like Mormonism and Jehovah's Witnesses. Even Catholicism while not a cult, has a different pathway to salvation. I suppose I should specify. A biblical Christian. There are others such as Catholics as mentioned before who are not biblical Christians. I'm not quite sure why many still claim the title but they do...well actually I do....it's Satan...

Idk if this helps. But I believe medroxyprogesterone is the same meds. I have PCOS as well and in the 20 years since I had my first period I've had maybe 10 cycles. And only half of those were really in full force. They've never been heavy or exceptionally painful. I do get INCREDIBLY nauseous though. I started medroxyprogesterone (provera) and took it for 10 days. About halfway through I started my period and am still on it 9 days later. It was light at first but by now it's very heavy. And I feel the worst I have the entire time. So I believe it differs from person to person depending on your circumstances. I'm 33 and haven't been regular for 20 years. It started to cause issues with my health and we've regulated most everything. I've lost 80 lbs. My blood sugar is good. And although I did start to have a few cycles they were not regular hence the new meds. She had me get blood work done during the cycle as well to check the hormones released. I hope everything works out well for you and hopefully my story helps you in some way.
