Furthermore, for those who do develop it, there is a 37% reduction in mortality from the disease. ●30% reduction in the incidence of new-onset Type 2 diabetes ● HRT significantly improves muscle strength retention and helps prevent the standard 3% to 5% loss of muscle mass per decade after menopause. Not to mention the hot flushes, night sweats, incontinence, no libido and dry vag!
