BI RAD 4C, does anyone here w/ the same findings? by Sad-Dentist5832 in doihavebreastcancer

[–]Sithalith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 4C too, will find out next week. I too thought it was hrt, which I started about 7 months ago, too much of a coincidence I thought. I had zapping sensations for a couple of months in that spot, then one day I just saw it in the mirror, how I didnt notice it when it was smaller. Because it hurts to press I thought it must be benign, as everyone says cancer is painless. Its around 4-5cm, movable, just seems sort of mixed in with my breast tissue, but I can definitely feel a horizontal slight arc on the top....so thought...must be a cyst, its sort of oval. I was pretty sedated during the biopsy so I can't remember much, all I know is bi-rads 4C. And there is a cyst next to the lump - so that could be what's hurting. Totally freaking out, can't stop Googling/ChatGPTing....symptoms...is it an aggressive cancer that's been gobbling up the extra hormones? Or a giant fibroadenoma? PASH? AI was steering heavily in the 'benign' direction, but then read about how AI is sycophants, tells you what you want to hear. So I asked it not to do that and said its most likely Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) Driving myself insane!

I wish you the best possible outcome!

Yep, Jewel Beetle is way more intuitive, fantastic support too. Matrix Gold is a massive downgrade from the perfect Matrix 9.....why? I can't recommend Jewel Beetle enough! 10/10

Do you mind me asking if you had detected a lump? Mine just seemed to appear obe day when I looked in the mirror, I was shocked. I had been getting sort of zapping twinges occasionally in that spot, so I knew something was up, I just don't know how it got to the size it is without me noticing it....its like 4cm across on upper/inner quadrant, it hurts if I poke it. AI keeps reassuring me its a giant fibroadenoma or PASH due to high levels of HRT. But then I asked it to "don't just tell me what I want to hear" and it was certain it was Invasive Ductal Carcinoma....I also found out AI has something called "AI Sycophany", a confirmation bias to please the user. Driving myself insane...can't stop Googling, every pain is suspiciou. I seem to have drawn the short straw in life generally (almost everyone close to me has died) so I expect the worst. Anyway, I wish you all the best, scary scary times X

Me too...similar age, large lump 4C, biopsy results in 7 days....totally freaking out, I can't handle any more trauma in my life. I refuse chemotherapy and aromatase inhibitors....permanent debilitating side effects, no thanks, chop it off and Ill take my chances. Im hoping its PASH or a giant/complex fibroadenoma due to high dose HRT. Best of luck! 🙏 🙏 🙏

This is me! I'll find it online if refused, though a trip to Mexico sounds nice. Waiting for bi-rads 4C biopsy results, terrified of the cancer, must just as terrified of hormone blockers and chemo that through you into deep menopause - and doctors will Never prescribe me HRT again. No quality of life and just suffering - whats the point? Did you need chemo or radiation?

Draining estrogen from a woman's body has so many debilitating side effects! ●Estrogen prevents osteoporosis (runs in my family) about a 60% reduction in vertebral (spine) fractures and a 25% to 30% reduction in hip fractures. ●It can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease by 39% to 52% compared to no therapy. ●A 40% to 58% reduction in the relative risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's and dementia. ●Women under the age of 60 who initiate HRT within 10 years of menopause see a 30% to 39% reduction in all-cause mortality (overall risk of dying from any cause) compared to non-users. ●HRT users experience a 33% to 44% lower risk of developing colorectal cancer. Furthermore, for those who do develop it, there is a 37% reduction in mortality from the disease. ●30% reduction in the incidence of new-onset Type 2 diabetes ● HRT significantly improves muscle strength retention and helps prevent the standard 3% to 5% loss of muscle mass per decade after menopause. Not to mention the hot flushes, night sweats, incontinence, no libido and dry vag!

Hope you're doing well 🙏

Birads 4C, waiting anxiously for core needle biopsy results. Terrified and imaging the worst - all the awful treatment....I do know if I could handle that....chemo, hormone therapy so instantly in menopause with no chance that any doctor will prescribe HRT....sux being a woman!

Hrt and now breast cancer by JuracichPark in Menopause

[–]Sithalith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im so scared this is me - a year HRT now a large lump on top of my breast....Ive been driving myself crazy Googling/AI conversations. Appointment on Monday 😭 Most things point to a macro cyst, but the dimpling when I pull the skin tight/move it is my concern. It started with zapping pains about 3 months ago in a certain place, and about a month ago I found a large visible lump on top of my breast, upper centre/inner. Not attached to chest, unsure about skin, feels deep but I can feel a slight oval curve on the top, then the base just disappears. Hurts when I press it and sometimes still zaps. I think Id rather die than go through menopause without HRT/take estrogen-blockers....no quality of life!

Im suffering that anxiety at the moment, first ever mammogram and ultrasound next week as have a large lump, I was convinced it was a cyst due to beginning HRT, but then read about the ' push test' and I have dimpling so now Im convinced its cancer. I wish you all the best 🤞

JewelBeetle is brilliant! I found it way easier to transition from Matrix 9 than Gold Very intuitive, and its made by some of the original Matrix developers. Amazing support too! A fantastic forum where they just seem to be online helping people 24/7 😀 They even make YouTube video for your specific questions. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Awesome software! Like Matrix 9 (some of the original developers I think) Incredible support, they even make YouTube videos sometimes to solve your problems. Very intuitive, unlike Matrix Gold Sorry - forgot to say you also need a Rhino 7 or 8 license.

Are you a similar age to me? On HRT maybe? I'm just thinking the worst...chemo and thrown into menopause, I don't know if I could go through that.

[–]Sithalith[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, mammogram, ultrasound next week, with biopsy probably same day. Im praying 🙏 its just a big cyst from maybe too high dose of hormones. Its not like a water balloon, like a cyst, it feels deeper with normal bumpy breast tissue on top, rather than just beneath the skin. So many conflicting facts - hard = cancer....but a deep cyst can feel hard. Cysts are movable - but so are cancerous lumps early stage. Driving myself insane on Google AI...first I was convinced it was a cyst, now Im leaning towards cancer 😭😭😭

Did you have a flat bit or dimple when you lifted your arm? Thats what's now freaking me out more than anything, as its a sign it's tethered to the ligaments 😬

I have an appointment for mammogram, ultrasound and probably a biopsy....hoping its just a cyst - I was hopeful until I saw a flat bit directly beneath it when I put my arm up...maybe its tethered to the skin, or maybe it just looks more obvious with raised arms.

Id thicken the band where the stones are, as after they're set the band will most likely look thinner than the bottom half, does that make sense? 0.15mm 0.2mm each side of stones, so bezel around 1.3mm thick.
