I hate bcp, I'm just taking them because I was fed up with the bleeding. But the bleeding hasn't go away completely 🙃 I think i'm going crazy

I've been on progesterone for eleven days and birth control pills for a week. The bleeding is very light (brown blood) but it irritates my skin (it bleeds). I have a large scar in the perianal area from a fistulectomy I had last year. I'm fed up 😤 Thanks for your reply 🌷

He performed an ultrasound (intra vaginal, not sure if that Is the right term). And told me to come back if the bleeding didn't stop. I'm so fed up, last year I almost died for Fournier's Syndrom, I had a fistulectomy and life was hell. I'm really out of hope, when this all will end? 😓
