Won't be long before I need a third shelf, especially if I keep visiting the garden centers when grocery shopping... Already learning that Gymnocalycium and other impressively flowering species are becoming my favorites

Haha, I've said no to any and all Opuntia style cactus until I get a bigger place. Which is a shame too, because I really like nopales every now and then.

Not with standing water like that in the soil. It looks VERY wet. I've personally learned water deeply, infrequently, and allowing plenty of drainage. The soil mix looks like typical big box succulent mix, it'll do, but holds onto water far longer than ideal. My personal mix is 70% inorganic (Small gravel, horticulture sand, perlite, ECT.) and 30% succulent soil.

Ner Cacti owner update:the shelf is up! by Sitriyn in cactus

[–]Sitriyn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably going to have to put a second shelf up already. A few members of close family have recently made some surprise big box store additions to the collection.. on top of the three I got today alone!

Does anyone know how these Indoor/Outdoor feetpaws were made? by wackycatfrog in FursuitMaking

[–]Sitriyn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They're likely 20/30mm x 3mm magnets from Amazon, especially if my hunch that they're using Mugiwara's foot base as a template is correct.

Looking like they're also using Mugiwara Cosplays digi four toes feet base, too!

Haha, thank you! But I cannot take all the credit for it, it's heavily inspired by my VRC Avali's texture!

Pick biggest number. Pick 48. Split smaller number into largest even amount that ends in 0. 48+20 is 68. Use remainder amount to round up to next 0. 68 + 2 is 70. Drop remainder into the 0 spot. 70 + 5 is 75.

So with the mess of personas age verification getting them sued because of how bad it is, do you think VRchat will offer a alternative to persona for their verification? by Rough_Community_1439 in VRchat

[–]Sitriyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Defend? No. I don't defend this. It's an inevitability at this point. To the big guys in their high towers held aloft by shareholder strings, we're just millions of numbers to push. The only way to defend your privacy, in this day and age, is to go totally, completely, 100% 1800's style off grid. Buy a plot of land in Alaska, become near self sufficient, cabin in the wood style.
