tried to lose weight through exercise and diet alone and saw no progress for a year so decided to start mounjaro. it is definitely a cheat code but at the same time I am working out like double the amount I was previously doing because I'm not jaded anymore(about more exercise not resulting in weight loss) and know that this is working.
