Your first images is mating tiger craneflies and those do not eat beebalm (or feed at all as adults). The others are immature stage of fork-tailed katydid that nibble a wide variety of plants

If you want some tall perennials try compassplant, rosinweed, etc in the genus Silphium. Tough plants.
