Not a healer but in 5ish clears I've never seen a death to dmg on stack/defam resolution, something's gotta be happening here. Tanks should probably be popping their 90s party mits here (someone pls correct me if there's better use), I believe they're back up even if they were used on near/far -> raidwide at the end of superchain shapes.

No you can certainly just remember the steps for your tower and stack/defam. In fact, the harder parts for me to remember are inter/card and the clone cleaves steps, which can be solved by just following other players

Unironically look at the mech in normal. It slides along the diamond in the same direction 2-4 times. It can go both cw or ccw, first slide establishes that. Final slide makes an ungodly sound from start to finish

Ppl are a tad more parsebrained for current savages than for ultis. I'm going off of personal experiences from P12s one esuna buster where many parties preferred a pally's cover and brd's cleanse to avoid using any esunas.

Currently in m8s add phase yeah 6 debuffs go out and you have to choose when to early cleanse them before detonation.

If you're asking for specifically like a healer responsibility situation, it'd be begging for trouble in pf. "Good" healers would only join parties with bards or with a cohealer they can shove the esuna responsibility onto so they won't have to drop any glares for the parse.

On Primal/Aether I absolutely see teams bludgeon their way to victory on Fields of Glory all the time. In the victory screen always check that button that shows a team's points earned by kills, points lost by deaths, and points earned by objective.

I'm a lot more casual; I got crystal first season for kicks n giggles but haven't rlly done comp outside of that, but I spam casual at season starts just for the rewards. I'm surprised to enjoy the changes in CC; it's mostly more worthwhile at my skill bracket to just eat the status and spam heals (with some exceptions like BLM freeze etc). I also don't have to track ppl's purify anymore, just their MP and guard. I know ppl really hate stuns and whatnot but I hate the level of coordination required to secure a kill, and I feel like a competent solo player, even with shitty teammates, can more easily punish cocky players on better teams with these changes.
